These Terms govern your access to and use of the MEL CENTER website and all its services. Your continued use means you accept the latest version published on this page, including any future updates that replace earlier wording.
MEL CENTER provides a central platform for posting and discovering properties for sale or rent. Announcers (owners or agents) publish listings and interested users search and contact them directly. MEL CENTER is not an agent, seller, owner, renter, or representative of any user, and is not liable for the accuracy of listing data posted by users themselves.
These Terms always apply together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Settings — if any wording conflicts, the version with the stricter protection for users prevails.
- Use of the service must comply with applicable law; use for harm, fraud, or damaging the system or other users is prohibited.
- Some features are limited by role, e.g. announcers must be approved before posting (see section [02]).
- Package purchases (if any) happen via the designated external provider, with no payment credentials stored in our system.
